Shipping

  • Method for shipping? All of our packages are shipped domestically through USPS. 
  • When should I expect my package? Returns and Exchanges

  • Can I change my order once I placed it? We sincerely apologize, if you find any issues with the products purchased. However, due to the nature and size of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All Sales Are Final. 
  • What happens if the goods received are damaged or missing? If your goods are damaged or missing, please contact USPS to file a claim as all of our packages are insured through USPS. Please also include a picture of the damaged good(s) and packing slip in an email to us at eleventwentyoneaccessories@gmail.com so we can help provide further guidance.
