When will the out of stock products get restocked? We will restock our prime items regularly. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about any restocks. We will also announce our restock dates via our Instagram account @eleventwentyoneaccessories.

Where do I enter promo codes? Promo codes can be entered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, at this time we only ship domestically.
We offer both First Class Mail (not insured) and Priority Mail (insured) shipping. Processing time for shipping is between 3 and 4 business days. Once we receive and ship your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.
Our shipping schedule is as follows (excluding holidays) - Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday orders are shipped on Wednesdays. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday orders are shipped on Mondays.
Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 7 business days through USPS.

What is your return, exchange, refund and cancellation policy? Due to the nature of our business, eleventwentyone.co does not offer any returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations. When ordering please be sure to thoroughly review the items chosen prior to confirming your order, and be sure to add in the proper shipping address, as all sales are final. Eleventwentyone.co is not responsible for replacing orders. If an address change needs to be made, please email us ASAP with the order confirmation number and your full name. If the order has already been shipped, you must contact USPS and request for your package to be rerouted to the correct address or request for USPS to hold the package for self pick-up. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to adjust the address.
My item was damaged/stolen/lost upon delivery. What do I do? We are sorry to hear that your package was damaged, lost or stolen. While we try our best to properly package our items, sometimes damage can occur during shipping. Although eleventwentyone.co is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages, we ask that if you received a damaged item(s) or if your package was lost or stolen, to immediately reach out to USPS directly and file a claim. Please also reach out to us via email at email@example.com so we can help provide additional guidance.
